Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of gaining diverse professional experience across government, non-government, and private sectors. My journey began working with young people in special assistance schools, gaining knowledge and skills in educational and mental health environments. This foundation has shaped my passion for creating and delivering preventative and early intervention programs, as well as developing resources that make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
I find immense fulfillment in mentoring and supervising others, helping guide professionals in the human and community services sector. I am proud of the role I play in supporting emerging practitioners, providing the mentorship and professional guidance that helps them grow and thrive. My educational background, with qualifications in business, social work, and mental health, complements my hands-on experience, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges we face and the solutions we can create together.
Drawing on over 10 years of professional experience, I offer tailored supervision, coaching, and workplace counselling to support and develop professionals across the sector.
